Our Story
Cascade Peer & Self Help Center is here to provide an inclusive and safe environment for peers with lived experience from a mental health condition. - in diverse stages of recovery - to experience positive relationships, while engaging in supportive activities and programs.
We are a non-profit that focuses on providing peer support and a few basic services to people that are facing mental health challenges. Our staff are all trained Intentional Peer Support Specialists.
Attending the Peer Center is free. We just ask that you treat your peers with respect and follow staff directions while at the Peer Center.
To attend you MUST currently be engaged in treatment, either through the county or professional services and continue treatment so long as you attend the Peer Center.
