Advanced Commercial Cleaning LLC es una empresa local de servicios de limpieza que atiende todo tipo de negocios en el centro de Oregon y estamos buscando a alguien con ganas de aprender y construir una carrera a largo plazo con nosotros.

¿No tienes experiencia en ventas? No hay problema. Si tienes una buena actitud, eres responsable y te gusta conocer gente nueva, nosotros te enseñaremos cómo tener éxito en este puesto. Recibirás capacitación en todo lo que necesitas saber: desde los conceptos básicos del servicio de limpieza, cómo realizar visitas (presupuestos) y cómo crear contratos. Esta es una gran oportunidad para alguien que busca un horario de lunes a viernes y desea crecer en un ambiente enfocado en metas y con apoyo constante.

Lo Que Harás:
Repartir volantes, tarjetas de presentación y presentar nuestros servicios a negocios locales (lo llamamos “shop & drops”)
Hacer llamadas y dar seguimiento a los contactos del sitio web
Aprender a realizar visitas a clientes potenciales para estimar trabajos
Crear propuestas y contratos usando Microsoft Excel y Word
Trabajar junto con nuestro equipo de liderazgo para mantenerte enfocado y hacer crecer tu éxito en ventas
Construir relaciones con nuevos clientes y apoyar una transición fluida del área de ventas al servicio
Familiarizarte con los servicios básicos de limpieza (¡no te preocupes, nosotros te capacitamos!)

Buscamos a Alguien Que Sea:
Amable, enérgico y motivado
Que no tenga miedo de entrar a un negocio y presentarse
Con ganas de aprender y crecer en un rol a largo plazo
Que se sienta cómodo usando programas de Microsoft, especialmente Excel (¡con conocimientos básicos está bien!)
Responsable y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente
Bilingüe (español/inglés) es una ventaja, pero no obligatorio
Que tenga licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable para llegar a la oficina

We’re Hiring: Sales Representative, No Experience Needed!
Advanced Commercial Cleaning LLC – Bend, Oregon
Pay: $23/hr + Commission
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | No nights or weekends!

Are you outgoing, driven, and looking for a chance to start or grow your career in sales? This might be the perfect job for you. Advanced Commercial Cleaning LLC is a locally owned janitorial services company servicing all types of businesses across Central Oregon and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and build a long-term career with us.

Don’t have any sales experience? No problem. If you have a great attitude, are dependable, and enjoy meeting new people, we’ll teach you how to succeed in this role. You’ll receive training on everything you need to know from janitorial service basics, how to conduct a walkthrough (estimates) and contract building. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a consistent weekday schedule and room to grow in a goal oriented and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Dropping off flyers, business cards, and introducing our services to local businesses (what we call “shop & drops”)
Making calls and following up with website leads
Learning how to do walk-throughs (job estimates) with potential clients
Creating bids and contracts using Microsoft Excel and Word
Working with our leadership team to stay on track and grow your sales success
Building relationships with new clients and supporting a smooth hand-off from sales to service
Getting familiar with basic janitorial service scopes (don’t worry, we will train you!)

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated
Not afraid to walk into a business and introduce themselves
Excited to learn and grow in a long-term role
Comfortable using Microsoft programs, specifically Excel (basic knowledge is fine!)
Dependable and able to work independently
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the office
