The Autumn foliage in Bend this year has been spectacular- after yesterdays storm I’m almost afraid to look at the trees.

Truly looks like someone put food coloring in the soil & I’m so grateful - in this crazy world it’s so easy to get bogged down & discouraged. Breathing deep in the sunshine while lying under the trees has brought me so many small moments of Joy ♥️🍂🍁

What are you doing for you today?

Finding joy in the journey for me means being present - putting down my phone - looking around & engaging ♥️ Today’s joyful moments- Hot coffee, yoga with , baby snuggles, a walk in the sun, conversations with my sister , texts with homecoming pictures from my niece, having a conversation outside of my comfort zone & now it’s quiet nap time at my work so I will turn off my ringer & go read until the cuties wake up ♥️

Book Review time
All the Stars!!!!

I had the pleasure of reading an ARC of It’s Different This Time and absolutely devoured it. If you love the magic of New York City in the fall, a slow-burn friends-to-lovers romance, and a touch of second-chance heartbreak, this book is for you.
richard weaves the story through dual timelines—seamlessly moving between June and Adam’s past and present—which adds so much depth and emotional weight to their journey. The tension, the nostalgia, the unspoken longing… it all feels so real and beautifully layered.

What amazed me most is that this is Richards’ debut novel. The writing is confident, warm, and deeply affecting, with characters who linger long after you turn the last page. This is a love story that feels both timeless and fresh, and I’ll be recommending it to every romance reader I know♥️
