Chiropractors help to correct subluxations. That’s what we adjust! To break the word down SUB-LUX-ATION, we see “lux” meaning “light” in ancient Greek, “sub” meaning “less than,” and “ation” meaning “a condition of.” In total subluxation can be seen as meaning “a condition of less than light.”Essentially, getting adjusted is a return to full light.
Today as we recognize the winter solstice, we acknowledge that tomorrow brings a return to the light, a rebuilding of hope, and an optimistic view towards spring. Remember to take care of yourself and each other, especially in the darkness.

He has a ton of experience and recently left a group practice, Falling Waters, to break out on his own. We are happy to announce that beginning Monday, May 4th the office will be open for regular visits again! In doing so, we are making some deliberate and thoughtful changes to keep everyone safe.

It’s been a challenging time for our entire community, state, country, and world. “The Great Pause” has been such an altering experience and we know that it will be changing so many ways our society functions into the future. We have come up with the following changes to ensure we maintain a safe space for all of us. This initial shift is a more dramatic one, and we hope to be able to loosen these types of practices as things evolve.

Please carefully read the following so that you know ahead of time what to expect:

1. We will be scheduling every other appointment slot until further notice. This is a powerful physical distance measure. Office hours will be a little different for a while also and are as follows:

Mon-Thurs 10:30am to 5pm

2. Upon arrival, please wait in your car or outside the building until one of our staff comes out to signal you to come in for your appointment. This is another way we are trying to maintain physical distancing. This also gives us a chance to clear the air, and wipe down touched surfaces in the office before you enter.

3. You will be required to wear a mask during your office visit. CFL office staff will be wearing masks as well. While getting your adjustment and lying face down, you will be allowed to take it off so you can breathe!

4. We ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer in the office at the start of your appointment or use some of your own before entering the office.

5. Please do not bring anyone else in to the office with you (children/friend/spouse) unless they are also scheduled for an appointment. Bringing in an infant in a car seat is acceptable and understandable.

6. We will be sanitizing surfaces before and after each appointment.

7. Above all else, if you think you are ill in any way, or that you’ve been in contact with someone who is, please do the right thing and reschedule you appointment. This will help us all stay safe.

Please call to get set up for your chiropractic appointment. As of now, your massage therapists will not be allowed to practice until June 15th. As we get more information we will notify you.
