What an honor to be chosen as the 2nd place winner for 'Best Massage Therapist' in 'The Source Best of Central Oregon 2025!' Hello everyone! I am recovering well from a two level artificial disc replacement surgery that was performed by Dr. Ray Tien at The Center on Monday. It was my lower cervical discs at C6/C7 that had compressed over the years resulting in a pinched nerve. The surgery was outpatient and thankfully the recovery is quite quick. After 50 years of riding bikes this is what can happen.

I will be doing laser therapy in my office this week and return to regular hours next week is the hope. Carrie is of course doing massage on her regular schedule.
