Took this picture flying back home last week.
What I love about it is the view of the mt all the paths to the top, and back down. The beautiful snow highlighting the rocks.
I was just talking with my husband and oldest son about imposter syndrome and how it can creep in and bring down your day.. I’ve been feeling this. It’s so heavy, and uncomfortable. My husband gets it to at times, in our conversation I remembered this photo. Finding beauty within the struggle.

Two of my personal favorite body care products. First after shower/ bath gently dry of skin then while still a bit wet, spray Triple Splash Hydrating Body serum, massage in then apply .og Nectar unrefined clinical grade body oil. This combo is makes my skin feel smooth and keeps it hydrated throughout all season!

Trying some NEW products! I’ve heard about these patches with micro darts infused with skin reforming serum. I decided to see what the hype is about.. The 3 important ingredients in them are Hyaluronic Acid, this is some thing found in the body already, but when applied to the skin, it plumps the skin. Very hydrating.. Arginine, newer peptide since early 2000’s what results have shown is that arginine used regularly- daily .. can relax stagnant wrinkles. It must be used regularly with any skin care routine maintenance is the key to making it work. The 3rd ingredient I want to mention is, Copper Tripeptide - aids in tissue repair. These can be worn under the eyes or around the mouth ➡️(🫦) . Package says wearing for 2hrs or a nights sleep consistently, you will see results!! So excited to try!!!

Winter time is so tough on your skin, especially if you like outdoor winter sports! My skin was not happy after a day snowboarding, even after I wore a face mask.
👍🏽Make sure you are washing 2x a day, exfoliating 1x a week this will slough off dead skin cells that will clog your pores..once they are clogged your products will NOT pe*****te into the skin.. resulting in dry skin and micro tears where bacteria sits and becomes a zit.
Use a hyaluronic acid serum 2x a day like Hydrate to help with hydration into the skin. A Vitamin C serum 1x a day like .og Brilliant C & E is excellent for antioxidant absorption and healing with the added E vitamin. Use a heavy moisturizer 2xs a day like Humidify to hold in moisture. Plus ALWAYS wear SPF.

Local Business Shout Out!-Bend Picture Framing] Alan’s birthday was last month and I was trying to figure out what to get him.. he plays base guitar 🎸 , music has been a creative release for him.. He is actually in a band in Bend called !! is one of Alan’s favorite rock bands, especially the original base player Cliff Burton a talent that is unlike any bassist alive today… Cliff tragically lost his life in a tour bus accident long ago. RIP . I found this old poster of Metallica online, and I believe it came out of a magazine from 1980’s. Cliff is in this photo -far right. I knew I had to get this framed at our favorite frame shop! The detail is amazing, the poster was heat treated, I didn’t lose any of the vintage folds. The creator I worked with really helped make a picture come to life with the mating , echoing the denim. Cliff wore a skull 💀 silver ring, when he played base. So Hudson reminded me of that while at the shop and they had the perfect frame! 💀 and 🦴!! So rock ‘n roll! Alan has trusted them with many of his art pieces for us and clients! He was so surprised when he opened it tonight!!! Thank you Bend Picture Framing] for brightening our world with creative ideas and a beautiful piece of history to see in our home! Alan heard Metallica, get this so ironic , at a Christian church camp!! Where this kind of music was thought of as a call to demonizing thoughts or something ridiculous like that! 😅 It forever changed him, thankfully 🙏🏽! 😘🙏🏽🎸💀 -business ❤️ #💀🤘🏽🎸
