And it certainly shouldn’t involve fear and avoidance of eating.

Bloated no matter what you eat? Even when you’re doing all the right things ⁉️

Here are 5 sneaky reasons that bloat won’t budge:

1. You’re rushing through meals. Chewing is step one of digestion! Slow down and chew at least 20x per bite.

2. You’ve got gut imbalances. Too much bad bacteria, not enough good, leaky gut, inflammation—it’s not just about what you eat.

3: Hormones are out of whack. Stress, thyroid issues, poor sleep, and overexercising can throw things way off.

4. Inflammation is running the show. Processed foods, alcohol, low movement, and stress all add fuel to the fire.

There’s a lot more to understanding your gut symptoms beyond food.

Eliminating food and relying on restriction diets is helpful for people to curb their symptoms when they’re in pain, I get it!

But please don’t think that’s the solution or the “why” behind your IBS.

The reason why removing foods helps with your symptoms is because your gut is in an extreme state of dysfunction and it can only tolerate easy to digest food.

About Ceci Jean

I am an avid travel enthusiast and yoga practitioner. I became certified in 2016 in Bali with the sole intention of gaining a better understanding of the practice. I never thought that I would actually teach yoga, and in doing so it has changed my life. I have always had a passion for traveling, but I never thought that I would be able to incorporate yoga into these experiences.

I have begun a new journey of teaching, writing, and traveling. I am currently working on a travel/yoga blog where I share my insight, experiences, and tips on the practice. My goal is to live a meaningful and purpose driven life - to share my love of the practice with others, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment, and meeting like-minded people along the way.

Yoga brought forth an opportunity that has led me on a path of self-discovery and allows me to constantly grow and evolve. My hope is to help others on the journey back to themselves, and to feel empowered to lead a more authentic and fulfilling life with a healthy, body, mind and spirit.

My yoga classes allow individuals the opportunity to unwind and relax - no matter what the level of experience. I am passionate about inspiring and motivating others to improve their overall wellness through yoga. I encourage all yogis to have a beginners mindset and to enjoy the adventure of discovering yourselves and your space in the world.
