Join our staff PT tonight at the Bend Elks Lodge to talk about overuse injuries of the arm, shoulder and neck from time on the water.

He will discuss how to prep for a day of fishing, how to take “micro-breaks” throughout the day, and how to recover once you are home.

This is part of Central Oregon Flyfishers monthly meeting and educational corner.

Welcome PT intern to Central Oregon and . She has been a joy to have as part of our team for the last 7 weeks. She is def going to be an asset to our profession . Here are some questions for you to have a glimpse of what she is about:

1.Where is your hometown? Tualatin, OR

2. How long have you lived in Bend?
Just shy of 7 weeks!

3. What is your fave color and why?
My favorite color is yellow because its bright and cheerful 🙂

4. What is your fave food? Thai food especially panang curry

5. Where is your fave place to hang out?
Anywhere outdoors (bonus points if my dog gets to come with!)

6. What are you hopes and dreams about the future? After graduating from my DPT program, I hope to find a job that fulfills everything I have been in pursuit of during my PT program. I am also looking forward to moving closer to friends and family that I have missed for many years during school!
