Rest assured that your confidential records and pre-arranged funeral and cremation plans will remain intact and will follow us to Deschutes Memorial Gardens.

You, our client families can share the peace of mind knowing your loved ones need not be transferred to other facilities for cremation. Everything in one beautiful, peaceful place.

Robert D. Maxwell
October 26, 1920 – May 11, 2019

From Bob’s family...

With saddened hearts we would like to announce the passing of our Dear Father Robert Dale Maxwell. As many have already heard he passed away peacefully this last Saturday evening, May 11, 2019 with family members at his side in Bend Oregon. Our Father was a very spiritual man and knew it was his time to go home to his Heavenly Father. Dad was such a kind, caring, man full of integrity, and love for all. He loved his God, his Country, his Family and Friends. We are very saddened and he will be missed terribly, but at the same time we are grateful that he is out of pain and is where he wanted to be, in Heaven.

A vigil time for viewing and paying respects will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the Niswonger-Reynolds Chapel, located at 105 NW Irving Avenue in Bend, Oregon.

The Remembrance with Honors will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 at Noon in the Deschutes County Fair Grounds Main Expo Building, located at 3800 SW Airport Way in Redmond, Oregon.

Interment with full military honors will follow at Terrebonne Pioneer Cemetery.

For those who wish, the family suggests they honor Bob with a memorial contribution to Boise Bible College, Medal of Honor Scholarship 8695 W Marigold St, Boise, ID 83714.
