Did you know it takes about 40 days to embed a new habit or gently release an old one? Our 40 Days to Health & Vitality program is designed to help you create real, lasting change through yoga, meditation, reflection, and intentional food choices โ€” and this round has a special twist: it will be a journey through the chakras, as a lens through which to explore and improve wellbeing, boost immunity, and awaken your soul and spirit!

This season, weโ€™ll travel through the seven chakras โ€” energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Each week, weโ€™ll explore a different chakra through:

- Gentle yoga and mindfulness practices;
- Written journal reflections and circle-based sharing;
- Creative, art-based exercises inspired and guided by Ann Boyd of and Samantha Freda of - your 40 Days facilitators!

Every meeting, weโ€™ll gather for a 75-minute holistic coaching session, learning accessible tools to balance body, mind, and spirit, and to cultivate interconnectedness between ourselves, others, and the world around us.

This class offers the same essence as a Soulful Flow class, with extra time to settle in and explore more deeply. It is not a workshop or training, but an extended 90-minute experience designed to support presence, ease, and connection. The class begins with a gentle warm-up, then moves into approximately 50 minutes of slow vinyasa, shaped in response to student requests. From there, the pace softens into restorative postures that invite deep release. The experience concludes with an extended savasana, allowing time to rest, restore, and reconnect with inner stillness.โฃ

The space for this class is mindfully infused with Reiki energy prior to the session. Reiki (pronounced โ€œRay-keeโ€) is a Japanese practice for stress reduction and relaxation that supports the bodyโ€™s natural healing processes by working with life force energy. When this energy is balanced, we are better able to experience overall well-being.โฃ

During the extended savasana, the instructor, a certified Reiki practitioner, will offer optional individual Reiki to those who wish to receive it. Reiki may be offered through light, brief hands-on contact or with hands held a few inches above the body, according to your comfort and preference.โฃ

I have had the honor and privilege of teaching yoga in the Bend community for the past 10 years. In 2013, I graduated from the 200 hour teacher training with Suzie Newcome at Namaspa and in 2017 I completed a 300 hour teacher training with Ulla Lundgren at The Yoga Lab. By being both a practitioner and teacher at the same, I have witnessed a more positive, calming, grounding and receptive shift in my spiritual, emotional, mental and physical being. Yoga, along with my meditation practice, has given me more insight into who I am as a person and how I show up in the world. It is through this knowledge that I live a more balanced, loving and peaceful life. โฃ

This immersive 12.5-hour workshop offers a direct, embodied exploration of yogaโ€™s subtle anatomy โ€” designed for both yoga students and 200-hourโ€“trained teachers interested in going deeper.

In this module, weโ€™ll journey through the Vedic map of the subtle bodies โ€” the koshas โ€” not just as abstract philosophy, but as real, experiential layers of our being. Through accessible practices of pranayama (breath control), meditation, movement, and stillness, youโ€™ll learn to feel into these sheaths of self: physical, energetic, mental/emotional, intuitive, and blissful.

This is not about mastering complex theory โ€” itโ€™s about sensing the difference between thinking and knowing, between moving and being moved. Like learning how a car works after years of driving, this training illuminates why yogic practices are so effective at fostering clarity, balance, and transformation.

As practitioners of yoga, this workshop will create โ€˜a-haโ€™ moments; and for yoga teachers, this workshop will equips you with new tools to articulate and guide others through the unseen, but deeply-felt, realms of the energetic body.

Expect experiential practices, clear frameworks, and plenty of space for reflection, journaling, and discussion. All are welcome who are curious to explore the inner terrain of the koshas through the living language of breath, awareness, and energy.
