👻 Spooky Season Breathwork: A 5-Minute Reset 🎃
Take a few minutes today to ground yourself and embrace the cozy side of fall. 🍂
1. Find a comfy seat, close your eyes, and rest your hands in your lap.
2. Pumpkin Breath (Inhale/Exhale): Imagine you’re inflating a glowing jack-o’-lantern in your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your “pumpkin,” then slowly exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension. Repeat 5 times.
3. Haunted Wind Breath: Take a slow inhale through your nose, then exhale with a gentle sigh, like the autumn wind rustling through the trees. Repeat 3–5 breaths.
4. Witch’s Hat Focus: Visualize a tall, pointed hat reaching up toward the sky. With each inhale, lengthen your spine like the hat; with each exhale, settle your shoulders down, grounding like roots.
5. Close with Gratitude: Whisper to yourself something you’re thankful for this season, whether it’s crisp hikes, cozy nights, or time with loved ones.
