Today, after a lot of consideration, we decided to keep Free Spirit is open as a safe, welcoming place for families to move, breathe, and be together. Kids need a place to move, feel safe, and belong — and we’re here for that. A portion of today’s proceeds will support vulnerable children and families in our community.

🎉 No school Friday means extra PLAY! 🎉

We have extra Kids Open Play tomorrow Friday for ages 13 and under
🕛 12 to 1:30 PM
🕜 1:30 to 3 PM

Plus our regular Toddler Open Play is on in the morning for your littles 5 and under 💛

Come make a day of it at the grab coffee or food before or after play and let the kids move burn energy and have fun 🤸‍♀️✨

Ages 13 and under welcome

Our coaches will be sharing fun ninja tips and challenges out in the gym 🧗‍♀️💥

(This is not drop off an adult must stay to supervise their kids)

We invited our kids to design a sticker inspired by Free Spirit — movement, yoga, ninja, action, bright colors, joy, and play — and they delivered in the most amazing way ✨

These are our Top 3 star designs, created by our Free Spirit kids and filled with creativity, heart, and expressive talent. We are so excited to showcase their artwork and celebrate the way they bring Free Spirit to life through art.
