💧 DIY Sugar-Free Electrolyte Mix 💧
Because hydration doesn’t need sugar or fancy packets.
Here’s my go-to recipe (per serving):
• 1 tsp Baja Gold sea salt 🌊 (≈1000 mg sodium)
• 0.38 g potassium chloride (≈200 mg potassium)
• 0.43 g magnesium glycinate (≈60 mg magnesium)
👉 Mix into 16–20 oz water. Add lemon or stevia drops if you want flavor.
I batched mine into a jar so all I need is a quick 1 tsp scoop each time.
✨ Why I use Baja Gold: it’s harvested from pristine seawater in Baja, Mexico and naturally rich in over 90 trace minerals. It gives you more than just sodium — it delivers the full mineral spectrum your body craves, which makes it a clean, whole-food source for electrolytes.
✨ The best part? It costs me just $0.21 per serving compared to $1.50 for store-bought mixes. That’s nearly $39 saved every 30 servings — and I know exactly what’s in it.
💡 Hydration hack: your body doesn’t just need water, it needs minerals to actually use that water. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium work together to power your energy, focus, and recovery.
