MEDITATION
Why are you / we so resistant?
You were born with the technology of HEALING LIFE literally embedded into your body, each cell enlivens its capacity. It’s profound what the practice looks like and feels like when repeated in discipline (notice the root disciple) or devotion…over time…over years…over decades…
The etymology of the root word meditation in Sanskrit, Hindu, Chinese or Latin and many ancient symbolic languages - means, to ponder, contemplate, self reflection, self knowledge, to reflect upon the expanded forms of the Universe / Creator / Source…to become aware of, to allow the mind to flow.
And so - when people ask, what App, or say I just can’t, my mind doesn’t stop thinking…my replies…
The secret is to simply SIT.
Keep it simple - and make room for no excuses…your excuses are lies brilliantly disguised to convince abandoning yourself…
- Carve out a physical place in your environment (bed, living room, wherever)
- Place a comfortable cushion for your seat
- Candle, lighter / matches
- Something from nature to burn - to enliven and entrain your senses (lymbic system of the brain) - sage, palo santo, juniper, frankincense, copal…anything you delight in
- Headphones (diurnal beats, guided meditations, soothing music, noise canceling)
Drop in - light the candle, burn the herbs, smell the stimulation aroma, pop your earbuds in and turn on your soothing music or a guided meditation.
Rinse and repeat daily

Feel your breath
Watch your thoughts - allow them to pass
Enjoy the visuals
Experience the sensations
Plant a seed in your sibconscious
Say the prayer
Repeat the mantra
Allow connection
