Elemental Eyecare is Central Oregon’s only pediatric vision clinic specializing in optometric vision and eye health evaluations, vision therapy for binocular vision dysfunctions, sports vision training and neuro- optometric rehabilitation (brain injury, traumatic birth). Children's vision specialist with services including eye exams for babies, starting at 6 months, toddler exams and yearly routine exams for school aged children. Drs Gabby Marshall, Amanda Balsalobre, and Kerri Lyons are developmental Optometrists who specializes in the treatment of convergence insufficiency, focusing disorders, eye tracking dysfunctions, reduced depth perception, strabismus (exotropia, esotropia, lazy eye) and amblyopia. Vision therapy includes treatment for retained primitive reflexes, sensorimotor dysfunction and visual perceptual deficiencies that can affect reading and school performance.

Dr. Arnold Gesell, M.D., was a psychologist and developmental pediatrician. He authored several books including The Child from Five to Ten. His pioneering work created the Gesell Institute of Human Development in 1950. He created standards of predictable patterns of growth of development in young children. Today the Institute focuses on educating and supporting teachers and parents in a variety of areas including how children grow and learn.
