Ice Ice baby. Today I had to crack through several inches of ice to get to the liquid below. 3.3 minutes. I hit a wall at about 2 minutes. I made a commitment to do the ice plunge 3x per week for 3+ minutes totalling 10 minutes per week. I cannot imagine NOT doing it now. Still shaking a bit this morning but it's worth it! I guided a meditation series that began at the end of last year and carried over into 2023 for a couple of weeks. The theme was NY rez. BUT this was not the typical "go to the gym more" "lose 20 lbs"... no, not on my watch. This was a life hack, something we could do that would impact every other area of our lives. I chose this and wow, it's serving in SO many ways! I can do hard things! 💪

You know you're connected to a greater source when walking along, reflecting and a word pops into your head seemingly out of no where. Let this be proof, friends, that when you're in alignment with your honesty, your journey, gritty and all, WISDOM SPEAKS. Last night while walking home from Vedanta Society, I was freshly in a state of gratitude, grace, humility and lightness. Truly living in my authentic, grounded, imperfectly judging-self nature, I said to myself, "I'm going through a real and lasting transformation." Then what did appear before my very eyes? THIS! Written in layers, bold-face type, slightly rough around the edges, and IN MY FACE.... since I mindfully choose not to get on my mobile device during my walks home from Vedanta, my eyes were free to see, my mind clear to hear and my heart WIDE open to receive.
