I offer Group Therapy for youth experiencing active OCD symptoms. The group cover a condensed version of the content your child will receive in individual ERP therapy for OCD. The eight week course will cover the following modules:

Currently recruiting parents for my next rounds of the SPACE Group (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). This is an evidence-based intervention to decrease your child's anxiety symptoms via parenting. I have spots left in both my In Person and Virtual Groups.

Anxiety tells you there’s danger when there isn’t. Your brain screams, “Fix this!”—so you avoid, seek reassurance, or do compulsions to feel better. And for a moment… ahh, relief! 😌

But guess what? That short-term comfort actually strengthens anxiety in the long run.
