This holiday season is full of warmth, good food, and celebration at FFAH 🎄✨

Our residents enjoyed an early holiday lunch catered by Olive Garden, followed by a raffle that brought lots of smiles and cheer. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, share a meal, and celebrate the season as a community.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who
has already donated coats and blankets for our neighbors in La Pine. We’re heading out to drop off these much-needed items at La Pine Community Kitchen, where they’ll help keep our community warm this winter.

There’s still time to give! Our coat and blanket drive will continue through mid-January, and every donation counts.

This season, we’re helping to keep our neighbors warm. FFAH is collecting new and gently used coats and blankets to be delivered to La Pine schools and La Pine Community Kitchen to support local families. We’re so grateful for the generosity this community shows year after year. If you’re able, we hope you’ll consider dropping off a coat or blanket to make someone’s winter a little brighter and a lot warmer. ❤️🧥❄️

💛 Honoring the Partnerships That Strengthen Our Communities 💛

🌲🔥 From the construction site to community support, the trees from the Wickiup Station Apartments site are being carefully processed, on their way to becoming firewood donated to community members in need.

A huge thank you to our partners SunWest Builders and Vic Russell Construction for helping make this possible through their thoughtful work on site. We’re committed to ensuring our developments create positive ripple effects. Repurposing site materials into essential resources is just one more way we support our neighbors.

FFAH is a family run company created to positively impact other families and communities. We create safe, comfortable, high-quality, affordable homes that enrich the lives of its residents and communities and connect residents to educational, recreational, and social services.

“Home” is more than the roof over your head. Home is that corner of the world you can call your own – a space to find respite and to welcome your family and friends. By using creativity, flexibility, and perseverance, the Foundation has developed over 190,000 housing in 13 states.

The Foundation has three core activities; own affordable rental housing, partner with for-profit organizations for the ownership of affordable rental housing, and to serve its properties through the provision of resident services.

FFAH is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) public benefit nonprofit corporation. We ease the burden of State, County, and Local Housing Authorities through the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income and senior housing. We use our years of hard-won experience to make the process as straightforward as possible. By focusing on the profitability and sustainability of each of our projects, we have been able to build safe and comfortable housing for those who need it most.
