We’re thrilled to announce a new development coming soon to Portland, Oregon, Strong Family Apartments! 🌟 This 75-unit family community, managed by our partners at Guardian, will provide affordable housing designed to support families with safe, welcoming, and vibrant spaces to call home. Strong Family Apartments is set to open its doors in early 2026, and we can’t wait to share more updates as this community comes to life. Together, we’re building not just housing but hope.

Our team recently spent some time in the heart of Santee, California, visiting Laurel Park, which offers inviting and affordable living for seniors. With 133 beautiful units, this community is surrounded by convenient shopping, dining, and local attractions — putting everything within easy reach. Managed by Washington National, Laurel Park provides not just a place to live, but a welcoming environment where residents can feel connected and at home. 💛

FFAH is a family run company created to positively impact other families and communities. We create safe, comfortable, high-quality, affordable homes that enrich the lives of its residents and communities and connect residents to educational, recreational, and social services.

“Home” is more than the roof over your head. Home is that corner of the world you can call your own – a space to find respite and to welcome your family and friends. By using creativity, flexibility, and perseverance, the Foundation has developed over 190,000 housing in 13 states.

The Foundation has three core activities; own affordable rental housing, partner with for-profit organizations for the ownership of affordable rental housing, and to serve its properties through the provision of resident services.

FFAH is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) public benefit nonprofit corporation. We ease the burden of State, County, and Local Housing Authorities through the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income and senior housing. We use our years of hard-won experience to make the process as straightforward as possible. By focusing on the profitability and sustainability of each of our projects, we have been able to build safe and comfortable housing for those who need it most.
