📣 Movement Monday!
Swings aren’t just fun, they are a powerful tool for development! 🚀
Swinging provides vestibular input, which is a type of sensory input that supports balance, coordination, and body awareness. Research shows that engaging the vestibular system can help kiddos improve attention, self-regulation, and motor planning skills.
Whether it’s front-to-back, side-to-side, or spinning, swings give the brain and body the chance to practice movement in a safe and playful way. Plus, they build core strength and endurance while giving kids a big dose of joy! 🤩
If your kiddo could benefit from vestibular activities like this, give us a call to learn more about how we use swings in therapy sessions.
