i have been coaching and educating in mind/body practices since 2006. My mission is to help people feel good from the inside out and help individuals find something they enJOY doing so they will be able to shift it into a habit. Its about setting the framework for healthy and active lifestyle choices that nurtures you body and mind. My experience includes teaching custom small group personal training, boot camp, yoga, dance, and other group movement classes. I am a 500 E-RYT certified yoga teacher, Nia technique coach/educator (White Belt, Move I.T., 52 Moves Certified), surfer, mom, foodie and flavor explorer, fermenter, and worldwide traveler. Health and wellness is a choice that you can fold into the many layers that make up your daily routine - lets explore what that looks like for you. I hope to be able to coach you towards those ideal choices that will motivate you, inspire you, ignite a little fire in your body, mind, and life!
