One of my favorite breakfasts that I have on repeat: Pumpkin 🎃 Protein Pancakes 🥞!!

I blend together 35-40 grams of old fashioned oats, 120 grams of canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup of egg whites, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Add a lil sprinkle of cinnamon and splash of vanilla. It’s gonna be thick so you’ll need to add extra liquid like almond milk or water. (About 1/4th cup a 2-3 tablespoons.)

They can be a bit squishy in the middle sometimes, but so comforting! I top them with some almond or peanut butter and some maple 🍁 syrup. Enjoy!
