This weather feels like a little gift this time of year ☀️

I hope everyone here in Bend is getting a chance to step outside and enjoy this uniquely warm winter we’ve been having. A little sunshine and fresh air can go a long way.

If your body is still holding onto some winter tension (or gearing up for spring yard work soon), I do still have a few massage openings left this month. It’s a great time to grab one while they’re available and get everything feeling loosened up and ready for the season ahead.

Also a quick reminder that I do accept VA referrals and Regence BlueCross BlueShield for those using insurance benefits.

✨ Some exciting updates are happening at Integrating Life Massage!! ✨

Over the past year, my practice has grown a lot — and with that comes some behind-the-scenes upgrades to better support your care.

I’ve been working on:
• Improving and simplifying intake & booking forms
• Adding better follow-up and progress tracking
• Upgrading systems to better support VA, MVA, and specialty care
• Website improvements coming soon
• And some improvements to the massage room space as well 👀

Nothing about the heart of the work is changing — just making everything smoother, clearer, and more supportive for your healing journey.

✨ Holiday wishes & a New Year update ✨

As the year comes to a close, I want to wish everyone a warm and wonderful holiday season.

I’m also excited to share that my schedule for 2026 is now open!

A heartfelt thank you to Nadia () for stopping by the office with these beautifully wrapped gifts — custom easel artworks that will soon decorate the hallway and be available for purchase. Supporting local artists and bringing meaningful art into this space truly matters to me. 💙🎨

My belated, but very heartfelt thank you!

I want to apologize for the delay in sharing this — social media isn’t my strongest skill, and as a one-person practice, sometimes things take a little extra time.

That said, I am incredibly honored to share that Integrating Life Massage was voted 2025 Best of Bend for Massage Therapy. Seeing the plaque and the feature in The Bulletin was truly humbling.

This recognition means so much, and it wouldn’t be possible without my amazing clients, this supportive community, my wife, my friends, and the wonderful people who help behind the scenes.

I know I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately — life, work, and some amazing growth behind the scenes have kept me busy in the best ways.

Sometimes the scariest steps we take for ourselves or our businesses turn out to be the most rewarding. 💪 Stepping out of my comfort zone left me feeling full of positive energy and so excited for the future.

Integrating Life Massage is now open Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
📅 By appointment only.

You can now book:
⏱ 30 min | 60 min | 90 min | 120 min sessions

💆 Insurance Accepted:
We currently bill Regence Oregon, TriWest, and MVA claims directly.
If you have a different insurance, we can provide a superbill—a special receipt you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.

💡 Most insurance plans cover 4 units (1 hour). If you’d like a longer session, you can easily book extra time and pay the difference.

A New Chapter Begins 🌿

I’m excited to share that I’ll officially be transitioning out of Heal Grow Thrive Medicine, with my last day there on August 15th. It’s bittersweet—Heal Grow Thrive has been such an important part of my journey, and I’m deeply grateful for the support, knowledge, and community I’ve found there. They will always feel like family, and we’ll continue to refer to one another and support each other’s growth.
