Rene and I went to the mineral springs today. My body is drenched in minerals.
Its my jam. I haven't been since E transitioned.
In the baths where i like to be when we're there, is under the A frame where there is no talking.
I felt the idea of separation arise in my chest when I remembered that . And in my mind, I heard " I'm here Shesha"
Hours later after we ate and we're washing our dishes in the shared kitchen. There's a huge range over the stoves and the lights on the range started flickering A LOT. I laughed and said quietly, " blink again if it's you" and it did.
I told Rene," a month before E passed my desk light began flickering. It never did that before and it's done that ever since. He's letting me know. I said, " Eric you're so silly. Keep it up"

We are silly joyful people.
Never lose your joy.
May the cells of your body remember and access joy. Joy is your portion.
