Hey Benicia Breathers, I'm extremely excited and honored to share the power of breathwork at our in-person breathwork session at Neighborhood Plant Dealer (419 Georgia St suite 10, Vallejo, CA 94590).

This session is for those ready to create massive change....in mindset, relationship with self and others, work, family, etc. Regardless, your breath will reveal what is prominent in your life and allow you to release and clear what is no longer needed. This breathwork is undeniably effective and only requires you to lay on the floor and breath for 30 min.
