Yoga House Co. • A Collective Yoga House Co. is a collective of teachers focused on providing a fun non-competitive environment for all yogis.

We are here to help you increase strength and awareness, tone your muscles, burn, reduce stress, and help create union of mind, body & soul. The Benicia Yoga House classes are physically and mentally challenging, but designed for all levels of yogis. Instructors are there to guide students through their practice, yet honor each student as a unique individual encouraged to embark on their own spiritual journey.
