Aren’t all essential oils the same?

The short answer is NO!

The long answer is well… long.

Some factors include:
- Requirements for how a plant is grown and harvested.
- Distillation time, some are very short, some very long.
- Bottling
Just to list a few.

I’m often asked how I take the elderberry syrup I make. 🫖 ☕️

My favorite way is to make it into a tea. A tablespoon, add a little extra honey and maybe a slice of lemon 🍋 with hot water, sip and relax.☺️

I’m planning to make one last batch for the winter season. Let me if you would like to reserve a bottle. Elderberry is a great source of antioxidants and has shown to have benefits for seasonal irritations in the air. This makes elderberry syrup beneficial all year round.
