Guess who’s back? We are excited to have back home to teach an amazing demo of her Pilates•X•Strength class. This is free to everyone and suitable for all fitness levels.
A little bit about this class:
Strength x Pilates is a hybrid fitness approach that strategically blends the controlled movements and core focus of Pilates with the muscle-building power of traditional strength training. This method aims to sculpt lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve posture and mobility, offering a balanced, total-body workout that is low-impact and suitable for all fitness levels.
