Thought I would pop on here and "re-introduce" myself.
I'm Bonnie, founder and owner of Studio 4:8.

11 years ago, I had this "crazy" idea to open a Christ-centered yoga studio.
Turns out, it wasn't so crazy.
It's a necessity.
Because all roads lead to our one true God, and this practice should honor that.

We have a sweet space now located in Bennet, Nebraska.

We have limited classes to focus on quality, not quantity. A lesson I've humbly learned over the last 11 years.

My favorite thing to do is bring people together in community.

I believe hugs and smiles are the love language of the world.

I'd love to meet you sometime.

Yes. You can be scared AND say "Yes" at the same time. (Lets talk about the opening and then RE-OPENING of 4:8)

But that's why we do Christian yoga teacher training together- So that you're not alone. You can walk alongside others who are saying "I'm scared...but I'm showing up. With trembling voices & shaky hands.

And that's 4:8's WHY. Because when we come together in community, rooted in Jesus and Jesus alone, there's power in that fellowship.

Christ-centered yoga. A union.
The ONLY union.

Whether you're a student wanting to expand your practice or someone striving to teach others as an instructor...there's a space for you.

Coming up for air from this past weekend.

From having the studio blessed by a pastor, hosting our first group event, welcoming our private sessions in a new space, & planning for upcoming Teacher training, words can't describe the gratefulness I'm feeling for this new chapter.

God's timing is often puzzling to me at times, but I've learned after this long pause to just smile, pay attention to the signs, nod my head, and say, "Yes, God. Send me."

God is good all the time. And he's not done with this 4:8 ministry.
