When my LOH group asked me to donate a raffle basket with proceeds going to Magdalene Omaha, I didn’t hesitate for a second.
Magdalene Omaha provides individualized support for survivors of s*x trafficking, helping them find freedom from violence, trauma, and addiction.
S*x trafficking has always been one of those realities that’s hard to fully comprehend—but it’s happening, and it’s closer to home than most of us realize. Organizations like Magdalene Omaha are doing the hard, meaningful work of walking alongside these women as they rebuild their lives with dignity, hope, and support.
I’m honored to play even a small part in supporting their mission. 💜

LB78 was recently passed for Nebraska Massage Therapist to be included as healthcare professionals and this new bill just a slap in the face as other healthcare is not taxed!! This will effect YOU! Please please please reach out to senators and to everyone this effects. This will affect all healthcare professionals who provide massage therapy services. If you receive massage therapy for your health care, you will be effected. Let your chiropractors, PTs, OTs, ATCs, nurses know about this bill.
Nebraska does not tax health care, but now the governor is trying to pass this bill😐.
