I see you in the class. The new faces, the familiar ones and those trying to slide in and hide. I know this is hard. But you got this. Who doesn’t feel great after putting in the “hard work.” That “good job” the instructor says when you leave class …. It really is meant for YOU! No matter how you enter class, our job is for you to leave feeling stronger, better, and closer to your health and fitness goals. It’s called because we find motivation comes from being around others. We are motivated by you too!
