Pause & Breathe – Cravings will come, but they will also pass.
Reach Out – Call a sponsor, therapist, or trusted friend. Connection is powerful.
Change the Scene – Step outside, go for a walk, or shift your focus with a healthy distraction.
Remind Yourself Why – Reflect on how far you’ve come and the life you’re building.
Use Your Tools – Journal, pray, meditate, or read your recovery affirmations.
