LPMG Cleaning is hiring a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to help oversee Airbnb cleanings on Saturdays and Sundays (9AM–5PM) across Philadelphia.

This person will:
âś… Train new team members using our SOPs
âś… Check units before guest check-ins (Quality Control)
âś… Deliver & restock inventory
âś… Help manage the weekend schedule
âś… Be the go-to support person for our cleaners and hosts

Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus
Must have a vehicle and valid license

We’re looking for someone reliable, confident, and ready to step into a leadership role.

✨ I have something so special to share… I’ve officially been selected as a finalist for the 2025 BGV Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program — and I’m still in awe! ✨
Being recognized by a powerhouse organization led by Black women for the work I’ve poured into my business means everything to me. To know that they see my impact here in Philadelphia… it’s humbling, empowering, and honestly a full-circle moment.
I started this business during one of the hardest seasons of my life — with a heart full of hope and a vision to build something that could support my family and serve my community. I never imagined it would lead me here.
This fellowship will help me grow as a leader, strengthen my company, and pour even more into the people around me — especially my amazing team and the young women who are watching me do this work.

LPMG Cleaning is looking for a dependable, go-getter to join our team as a Field Operations Coordinator!

This 30-hour/week role helps keep our Airbnb units guest-ready and supports the heart of our operations—our cleaning team!

What you’ll do:
• Pick up & fold laundry
• Restock units with supplies
• Check units before guest check-in
• Train new team members
• Be a trusted support in the field

Pay: $16.73/hr
Perks after 90 days: PTO, sick time, $50/mo health stipend
