Since we moved to our beautiful new location, we've been absolutely blown away by the incredible support and love you've shown us. Our client base has grown so much, and it's all because of loyal, amazing people like YOU who trust us with your relaxation and self-care. Seeing so many familiar faces (and welcoming new ones!) has made this transition feel like such a blessing. We're truly grateful every single day! ❤️✨
To keep things running smoothly for everyone and to continue providing the high-quality, dedicated care you deserve, we're gently reminding everyone of our appointment policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 25% of the session fee
No-shows (no call, no arrival): Full session fee will be charged
We completely understand that life gets busy or unexpected things pop up—we've all been there! This policy just helps us respect everyone's time, keep our schedule reliable, accommodate as many of you as possible in our growing space, and most importantly, it ensures that we're able to keep our doors open.
Most of you are already fantastic about this, and we appreciate it more than you know!
