🦷 Teen teeth still need attention!
Busy schedules, sports drinks, sugary coffee drinks, and late nights can take a toll on teeth.
Remind teens to:
• Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste
• Floss daily
• Limit sugary drinks
• Keep up with regular dental visits
Healthy habits now help protect smiles into adulthood!
