Crossroads Wellness & Rehab will be closed on Thursday & Friday, Nov. 27th – 28th, in observance of Thanksgiving! We will resume our regular business hours on Monday.

~~~~ Tips for a "WELL-ADJUSTED" Holiday Season ~~~~

Schedule preventative chiropractic care: Book regular adjustments every 2-3 weeks to stay ahead of potential pain and discomfort. That means call now to schedule! 919-989-1888 (Our hours will be limited next for Thanksgiving.)

Be mindful of movement: Take breaks every 30 minutes while cooking, use proper lifting techniques, and stretch between shopping or wrapping. Small adjustments in your posture and movement during holiday activities can make a big difference.

Practice stress management: Combine chiropractic care with other stress-reducing activities like deep breathing.

YES! We are participating in the "Adopt a Child’s Wish List" again this Christmas Season!

We are currently waiting for the list from the Children's Home and will share more info as soon as we have it! The list will include the child’s age, gender, sizes, and likes. There are usually 40-60 Children at the Kennedy Baptist Children’s Home each year, and we plan to bless every one!
