Jaqi Bell, PTA participated in the Epic Whiskey 50 Mountain bike race in Prescott Arizona on April 25, 2025. Starting on Prescott’s historical (and lively) Whiskey Row and climbing into the beautifully distracting views of Prescott National Forest, riders connect some of the area’s most exhilarating (and challenging) pieces of single track, double track, gravel roads, and the occasional paved segments covering 46.3 miles and 6513 feet of elevation (climbing).

Racing in the Amateur Female open category, Jaqi finished in first place, completing the course in 4:24:28, the fastest amateur women's time in ~5 years. Her time also beat several of the female professionals who raced the same course on 4/26/2025. We hope to see her racing next year in the Pro category. :-)

Congratulations to Jaqi Bell PTA in our Benson Arizona office, who competed in the Zia Rides Dawn to Dusk MTB 12 hour race on Saturday, December 15th, 2024. She competed in the female solo 18+ (age) category and took the top spot (1st place) completing 9 laps (~145.8 miles) in 11 hours 8 minutes and 8 seconds. It was a site to see...She killed it! She was riding steadily in third, just a few minutes back for half the race. Then she picked up her pace as the other two in front of her started to slow. She was able to move into 2nd place during the seventh lap of the 16.2 mile course and had a 17 minute cushion between her and the rider she passed. She also closed the gap between her and first place to 4 minutes as she went out on her 8th lap. Jaqi picked up her pace again, finishing her 8th lap in 1:11;06 (her fastest lap of the day) and ended up passing the first-place rider completing the lap with a 4-minute lead. The last lap she extended that lead and won by about 12 minutes. The rider she knocked out of first place is a Professional MTB racer since 2011. Congratulations Jaqi, We are all very proud of you!
