Spectrum Community Services - Southwest Region Spectrum Community Services is a non-profit organization providing residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

We are always looking to hire people that feel as passionate about serving others as we do. Requirements: At least 18 years of age, able to pass a drug test and criminal background check, and possess a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
