We're fortunate to have so many subject matter experts on our team, sharing knowledge on everything from physical accessibility to Social Security benefits to neurodiversity and so much more.

🌷✨ We’re hopeful that spring is right around the corner — can you feel it? Warmer days are coming, and we’re ready to welcome them at MI Journey Drop-In Center with a full month of March activities!

From mindfulness exercises and yoga to Cardio Drumming, Building Boundaries, Social Bingo, Creative Expressions, and even a little Spring Cleaning to freshen things up — there’s something for everyone this month. 💚

We also have special days like Game/Karaoke Day and St. Patrick’s Day fun — because connection and a little laughter go a long way!

Our new December Activities Calendar is here — and it’s packed with holiday cheer, meaningful groups, creative fun, and a few festive surprises along the way! ❄️☕️

From Christmas decorating, yoga, mindfulness, bingo, decision-making workshops, and even trips to Strikers Bowl and Celebration Cinema, we’ve got something for everyone this month. 🙌

Our skilled Riverwood Center Mobile Crisis team responds directly to your location—whether that’s your home or another place where you feel safe—to help you manage a crisis in the moment. The goal is to address urgent situations quickly, offer immediate support, and help you remain safely in your current living environment whenever possible. With Mobile Crisis Services, you don’t have to face a crisis alone—help can come to you, wherever you are.

MI-JOURNEY is dedicated to helping others regain their lives lost due to mental illness.

MI-JOURNEY is a peer-run facility, meaning we’ve been there and we understand what it takes to live with mental illness. We offer a safe, comfortable place where everyone is accepted. Whether you just want to come in for a cup of coffee or participate in one of our mental health recovery classes...we welcome you.

Our center offers daily hot lunches, biweekly trips to the YMCA, Bingo and Games, mental health groups and classes, recreational outings and so much more. Most importantly, you choose what you’d like to participate in.

All of our services are offered at no cost. We even offer free transportation to and from our center. Please stop by, message or call us for further information. We look forward to seeing you here at MI-JOURNEY.
