🌟 September Activities at MI-Journey Drop-in Center! 🌟

We’ve got a full month of fun, connection, and recovery-focused activities planned! From Mindfulness Exercises and Creative Expression classes to Striker’s Bowl outings, Bingo, and special events like our Annual Picnic (with Cardio Drumming!)—there’s something for everyone. 💙

MI-JOURNEY is dedicated to helping others regain their lives lost due to mental illness.

MI-JOURNEY is a peer-run facility, meaning we’ve been there and we understand what it takes to live with mental illness. We offer a safe, comfortable place where everyone is accepted. Whether you just want to come in for a cup of coffee or participate in one of our mental health recovery classes...we welcome you.

Our center offers daily hot lunches, biweekly trips to the YMCA, Bingo and Games, mental health groups and classes, recreational outings and so much more. Most importantly, you choose what you’d like to participate in.

All of our services are offered at no cost. We even offer free transportation to and from our center. Please stop by, message or call us for further information. We look forward to seeing you here at MI-JOURNEY.
