🌟 Meet Leah Henderson — Our Care Coordinator Extraordinaire in Benton! 🌟

If you’ve ever called our Benton clinic, you’ve probably already experienced Leah’s calm, caring voice and her incredible ability to bring order to chaos! We lovingly call her our “chaos coordinator” but in truth, she’s so much more.

A true team player, Leah serves as our Client Care Coordinator, helping clients connect with the therapist who’s the very best fit for their needs. Her gift for listening deeply and matching each person with the right provider comes from a heart truly dedicated to helping others.

With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration, Leah combines professionalism and expertise with a warmth and compassion that make clients and our staff feel seen and supported.

Before joining our team last year, Leah spent decades serving others through ministry work and various leadership roles in organizations aimed at supporting children and families — and it shows in every interaction with her.

We’re beyond grateful to have Leah on our team and appreciate her daily impact on our clients and our staff. Please help us thank Leah for all she does to make our clinics such caring, connected spaces for all! 💚

🌟 Spotlight on Leadership & Advocacy! 🌟

This week, our Clinical Director, Holly Crutchfield, LCSW and Certified Autism Specialist, was invited to speak to future educators at Ouachita Baptist University in the Teaching Exceptional Learners course taught by Allison Hughes, an Instructor in Ouachita’s School of Education.

Holly shared both her professional expertise and her personal journey as a parent and advocate, offering powerful insight into how educators can communicate compassionately and collaborate effectively with families of students with unique needs, specifically autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

We are so proud to have Holly leading our team and investing her time and heart into the next generation of teachers and advocates. 💙

Also, a heartfelt thank-you to Mrs. Allison Hughes for inviting Holly to speak and for the incredible work she’s doing to equip future educators with compassion, understanding, and empathy for students with unique needs and their families. 💚
