Received my 4th Reiki attunement & began the “Sacred Path” Reiki tradition (I am a Reiki Master in Traditional Usui). Victoria Ann Ilg at Boundless Energies is a fantastic teacher and I am eternally grateful for her wisdom and joy. Honored to be able to walk this path & share the light 🙏

🌺🌊Spent the weekend in Nashville learning “Lomi Lomi-Hawaiian Therapeutic Massage with Aromatherapy” 🌊🌺

This is a 1500 year old technique that aims at releasing physical & emotional congestion in the body.

It is known in Hawaii as the “Dance Of Massage” because of it’s long flowing style, continuous rhythm & beat, accompanied by tribal music.

The basis for Lomi Lomi is an integration of Mind – Body – Soul in a ritual of transformation and inspiration. The inspiration is from the Huna or “Pathway of life”.

It was a great introduction class & I’m excited to keep learning & growing!! 🙏
