We are proud to announce that Jennifer Williams, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), is joining the Moonlight Mental Health team!💜

As a therapist, Jennifer specializes in counseling couples, families, children, teens, invidiuals on the autism spectrum, and individuals with developmental delays. Her office is a place where people can exhale. She focuses on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported as you learn, heal, and grow in your own time.

Currently, Jennifer accepts self-pay, but you can be added onto her waiting list as insurance contracts are completed.

Mental Health Monday: Setting boundaries at the dinner table🍽️

This holiday season, setting boundaries is especially important when it comes to decreasing chances for conflict with relatives and loved ones. Boundaries are a form of self care which allows for you to be the best version of yourself!

Ask yourself: what are my limits? What am I comfortable with, and what am I not? Communication is key. Once you figure out your limits, say so! Being polite and respectful is another important element for having the best holiday possible.
