Mental Health Monday: Small ways to make the world a better place💜🫂
Though this may sound like an intimidating task, the most basic parts of “making the world better” come from the small actions of bettering your community. This Mental Health Monday, we’re showcasing some ideas that are fulfilling, community-oriented, and easy.
Helping your community doesn’t always need to be intense or complex. Sometimes, it’s the small things that can really boost someone’s day or help the environment!
Not only are they beneficial to others, these actions can be beneficial to oneself. Practicing gratitude, kindness, and community service can be related to an increase of dopamine production in the body, making people happier! Confidence can also come from commitment and dedication to a task, such as these small steps to making the world a bit better.
