Time to brag on our amazing members! 💚

Despite the inclement weather, Malvern members are making the most of it, stepping out of their apartments to connect, participate in group activities, and spend time together in the community room. And of course, our staff is there every step of the way to make sure everyone gets there safely!

We want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our incredible staff at Birch Tree Communities!

While many are home staying safe and warm, or out enjoying the snow with family, our dedicated team is showing up for our members. They’re working doubles, sleeping away from home, and going above and beyond to ensure everyone is safe, supported, and cared for.

We truly couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you for your commitment, compassion, and dedication to the Birch Tree Communities family. We appreciate you more than words can say!💚

Birch Tree Communities Celebrates Wellness!

We recently came together to celebrate our members and staff who participated in wellness programs over the past year! The day was filled with lunch, games, door prizes, and meaningful conversations about our health accomplishments in 2025.

We’re proud to celebrate members and employees who quit smoking, started exercising regularly, lost weight, and prioritized both their mental and physical well-being.

At Birch Tree Communities, we’re committed to improving the health and lives of our members—today and every day! 💚

At Evergreen, they believe the best way to spread holiday cheer is by giving back to those who serve our community with no fear!

This holiday season, our members and staff came together to collect donations and share gifts with our local fire department, police department, and ambulance services. They were honored to welcome representatives from the Greenbrier Fire Department to the branch, where they accepted the gifts and helped judge the door decorating contest! It was a heartwarming day filled with gratitude, appreciation, and community connection.

Thank you to all of the Greenbrier first responders!

We Believe in Recovery

Birch Tree Communities, Inc believes in the power of relationships and we believe that relationships help lead to recovery! We serve more than 400 adults in Arkansas that live with serious mental illness and we serve them with patience and persistence; not regarding symptoms of illness as evidence of failure. We work every day to reduce stigma in our communities. We work every day to help our members to have a better quality of life. We work every day to advocate for our members and we want to empower them to advocate for themselves.
