For the safety of our patients and staff, Main Street Medical Clinic will delay opening until 10:00 am on Tuesday, Jan 27th, and will close early due to road conditions.

Due to limited staff, we are scheduling sick appointments only. Please call us after 10:00 am at (501) 315-0059 to schedule.

Please note that all previously scheduled appointments are canceled. We will contact you to reschedule when we are open normal hours and fully staffed again.

We will reopen Friday, January 2nd with normal business hours.

Good news! 🎉
Our clinic is now set up to receive your glucose data through Dexcom Clarity once you authorize sharing.

To share your data with your physician:
1. Open the Dexcom Clarity app (or go to clarity.dexcom.com).
2. Go to Profile → Authorize Sharing.
3. Tap Accept Invitation or Enter Code.
4. Enter Clinic Code: Main2003
5. Enter your date of birth and confirm “I consent to share.”

✅ That’s it! Your glucose data will automatically be shared with our clinic.

One of her favorite parts of the job is working with a dedicated group of coworkers and knowing that her work supports quality care for the entire clinic.
