This year, we’re joining forces for one powerful cause — honoring and supporting the heroes among us. From October through November, HOTWORX studios nationwide are raising funds for two life-changing organizations:
🇺🇸 Sacred Mountain Retreat Center — providing healing retreats for veterans, first responders, and their families in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
🎗️ National Breast Cancer Foundation’s Military Women’s Patient Relief Fund — easing financial burdens for military women battling breast cancer so they can focus on recovery.

Next week is Spirit Week at HOTWORX Benton and Little Rock!

Which day are you most excited about? ✨

Monday: Wear your favorite HOTWORX shirt. Don’t have a shirt? No problem we’ll have a special promo on all shirts in the retail store for you 😜

Tuesday: Think red, orange, and anything flame inspired so show off how you earn the burn and feel the fire at HOTWORX!

HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout or 15-min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session.
