Today's recipe is great to beat the heat! Cool and refreshing avocado stuffed crab salad is on the menu!

Now this is a super simple recipe to combine and there's no cooking so you can beat the heat and get out of the kitchen in minutes!

Here are your ingredients:

• 8 ounces of cooked lump crab (or substitute shrimp or scallops)

• 1⁄2 cup finely diced English cucumber

• 1⁄4 cup minced red onion

• 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro

• 1 jalapeño pepper (preferably red), minced

• 1 Tbsp fish sauce or lower sodium tamari

• 2-3 drops Stevia (optional)

• Juice of 1 lime

• Sea Salt

• 4 small Hass avocados, pitted

• 1 lime, quartered

Instructions

1. Combine the crab, cucumber, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, fish sauce, stevia, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.

2. Stir gently to combine.

3. Lightly salt the flesh of the avocados, then divide the crab mixture among the 8 halves, spooning it directly into the bowls created by removing the pits.

4. Serve with the lime quarters.

Watermelon Rose Cooler- No added sugars to age your face, just cool goodness to keep you young.

• 26 oz. watermelon juice, (½ small watermelon)

• 5 oz. water

• ½ oz. lime juice

• ½ oz. rosewater

• ice, mint sprigs, dried rose petals, watermelon wedges, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

• Blend the pulp of ½ a small watermelon until smooth. Strain the juice into a pitcher.

• Add the water, lime juice, and rose water into the pitcher and stir to combine.

• Serve chilled over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs, dried rose petals, and watermelon wedges.

Real 20/30 Fast Track Results

So.. 42 Days / 6 weeks of a life changed already!

RESULTS: I lost 15lbs, 20 inches and 4% body fat! 💪🏼🙌🏻❤️

My very first success was this: I don’t know the last time I took my blood pressure medicine. And when I went to the dentist (where I’m stressed when I walk in the door) my blood pressure was 117/75! Now THAT my friends is getting healthy!

I’m sleeping better!! No more Ambien!

I don’t remember the last time I had an actual migraine but it’s been about a month! Another success!

YES... There were tears! But they were happy tears! Thank you Stafford Wellness for investing in the health of others...into MY health! From my first meeting with Joshua Rincon to my decision to sign up with the support of my husband to my first weigh in and scan (those were sad, embarrassed tears), to my first day of Kickboxing to my last day of Kickboxing to my final weigh in and body scan it was a journey. A hard journey. But a WONDERFUL experience! I learned so much about myself and about how to NATURALLY get healthy. I experienced LOVE, KINDNESS AND WONDERFUL SUPPORT! Jennifer, Kelsey, Aaron, Shelecia and Mallory were ALL instrumental in my success! And let’s not forget those at the front desk... from the moment you walk in you feel supported. Christian is a light when you feel like giving up. He will make you laugh when you don’t want to. The food you can eat? There’s SO much!!! And it’s something you can continue and carry with you when you you’re finished with your 42 Days.

Heres my advice (if you want it or care 😃😉). Lean on the Lord. Trust Him to help you through. Trust the process!! Trust your trainers! They really do know what they are doing and talking about. They are there for you. Reach out to them. They won’t know what you need unless you tell them. You WILL be successful! The hardest part is beginning. Begin... and keep going (even when you really just don’t want to). OH! And... DRINK YOUR WATER!!! REALLY! 🤷🏻‍♀️🙌🏻
