Christian Community Care Clinic is a family practice medical office and pharmacy supported by area churches, civic organizations, businesses and individuals. We are simply neighbors giving and volunteering to help our less fortunate neighbors in a time of need. We have a medical clinic and pharmacy on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Our medical clinic is staffed by volunteers - doctors, nurses, pharmacy techs, pharmacists, lab techs and office personnel. If you know a person in need of our services, please share this information with them. To qualify for services at CCCC, an individual must:
• Be a Saline County resident
• Have NO HEALTH INSURANCE, including Medicaid or Medicare
• Live in a household whose income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

To become a patient at our clinic, a person will need to fill out an application, provide financial income for the household, an ID and proof of residence and a small application fee. Applications are always available outside of our door. Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are located at 220 W. South St. Benton, AR 72015.
