"If you want stress and pain relief from a sauna, the benefits of salt room therapy or to tone up in on of the exercise/yoga classes, these guys have you covered. Plus this is just three of the services offered here. At SPWC you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a group that is supportive of your wellness journey. You can select individual sessions or I recommend investing in one of their packages. Packages are monthly and more specific packages have a three month expiration to fit busy lifestyles. I personally love the yoga classes when I get a chance to attend. Every teacher has been fantastic. Then the sauna. The sauna is my jam. Highly recommend the sauna package for a great deal on sauna sessions. SPWC is definitely one of the best investments you can make in yourself."
