**Meet Your BLW Coach: Christy Gardner**
Hi everyone! When I started our BLW journey a year and a half ago, I was so nervous! I knew I didn’t want to spend money on specialized baby food, I didn’t have time to make purées, and spoon feeding just seemed time consuming. But I didn’t know where to begin to learn how to manage this feeding approach, nor did I know much about it!
I found an in person class that helped me out, but had to travel to take this class. It proved beneficial for me to be able to talk to an expert in person and ask questions.
After much consideration, I decided to start my own classes in Murray.
The first class, Learning the Basics of Baby Led Weaning is FREE to the community!

-Division of Responsibility & Safe Feeding Practices

-Tools of the Trade
Eventually, I plan to add fee-for-service BLW workshop, individual consultation and coaching, and private in home cooking and food preparation classes.
A little background info on me: I have a bachelors of science in Nutrition, have worked in healthcare for 15 years, have over 10 years of food preparation experience in restaurants and healthcare kitchens, ServSafe and CPR certified, and have a 1 1/2 year old son who has done all things BLW since 6 months old.
