We are looking to hire for our Pharmacy Clerk position 💊 If you are energized by helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being a part of a team, this is the job for you!

🧾 What You’ll Do:

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you are often the first and last impression for our patients.

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Ring up prescriptions and OTC items accurately and efficiently
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately

This is not a “sit-behind-the-counter” job. Our days move fast, our standards are high, and our patients rely on us, but if you enjoy staying busy and making a real impact, you’ll love it here.

📍 Location: Benton, AR

📅 Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-430pm (Must be able to work these hours)

For more than 70 years, West Side Pharmacy has cared for families in our community. Now, we’re taking that care even further.

Our new compounding facility at Military Road will allow us to create customized medications tailored to individual patient needs. That is something not every pharmacy can offer. In fact, facilities like this are rare, not just in Arkansas, but across the country. This will position West Side Pharmacy among a small number of pharmacies equipped to serve patients at this level.

What is compounding, and why does it matter?

Compounding allows pharmacists to prepare personalized medications designed specifically for a patient by adjusting strength, removing allergens, changing dosage forms, and creating solutions when commercially available options simply aren’t enough.

This expansion means greater access. Greater reach. Greater impact.

It means more patients getting the precise care they deserve. It means solving problems and making people feel better.

We’re honored to grow so we can serve more. And we’re just getting started.💙

Meet Derek Lipe, our delivery coordinator and one of the many reasons West Side Pharmacy feels like family. Derek goes the extra mile every single day, making sure prescriptions arrive safely and on time, but more importantly, making sure our patients feel seen, valued, and cared for.
