In honor of Memorial Day, Inclusionary will be closed on Monday, May 25th as we take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

🎉 Happy Birthday, Mary-Peyton! 🎉

Today we are celebrating one of our amazing speech therapists, Ms. Mary-Peyton! 💙

Mary-Peyton is kind-hearted, caring, inclusive, and always someone our team and families can rely on. She has such a special passion for working on social-functional skills with the teenage and adult population, and the compassion she brings to her sessions makes a lasting impact on everyone she works with.

We are also so proud of Mary-Peyton for recently completing her clinical fellowship year! 👏 She will officially be receiving her CCC’s in the next month, and we could not be more excited to celebrate this huge accomplishment with her!

Thank you for all the joy, dedication, and support you bring to Inclusionary each day. We hope you have the best birthday! 🥳💛

We have a feeding therapy graduate!

Wyatt began feeding therapy with Mrs. Hannah in February at just 17 months old, and he has made incredible progress in such a short amount of time! Through hard work, consistency, and teamwork, Wyatt has achieved amazing success with his feeding goals.

One of the biggest factors in Wyatt’s progress was the strong partnership between his mom, Mrs. Hannah, and Wyatt himself. The carryover and support at home made all the difference and helped him thrive both in and out of therapy sessions.

We are so proud of Wyatt and all he has accomplished. It has been such a joy watching his confidence and skills grow each week. Congratulations, Wyatt — we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you continue to do! 💙

Next for introductions is Mrs. Allison!

Mrs. Allison has been part of Inclusionary since September of our very first year, and she has been such a crucial part of our team ever since.

As our Lead Occupational Therapist, Mrs. Allison brings so much love, compassion, and passion into everything she does. She is passionate about creating support for children that helps facilitate inclusive experiences and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Fun fact about Mrs. Allison — she has been on multiple mission trips over the years and will be heading to Africa this summer for another one! 🌍

When she’s not at the clinic, you might find her listening to Taylor Swift, dreaming about a trip to Italy, or channeling her childhood dream of becoming an actress 🎭

Next up for introductions is Mrs. Hannah 👋

Mrs. Hannah has been part of Inclusionary since Mr. Noah opened the outpatient clinic in June 2024. She serves as our lead speech therapist, supervisor, clinic coordinator, and the creative mind behind our social media.

She’s passionate about using her role to advocate for families and provide meaningful parent education, helping families feel confident, supported, and understood every step of the way.

When she’s not at the clinic, you might find her rewatching Friends, dreaming about a trip to Greece, or sipping on her favorite brown sugar shaken espresso. Fun fact, her childhood dream job was to be a chef, and honestly, we wouldn’t be surprised if she’s just as talented in the kitchen!

⭐ Patient Spotlight: Ashton ⭐

Ashton is truly an Inclusionary Therapy OG! He was one of the very first patients to walk through our doors when we opened, and it has been such a joy watching him grow over the years.

Ashton has worked with Mrs. Hannah for speech therapy and Mr. Noah and Mrs. Allison for occupational therapy, and he has made extraordinary progress since beginning services with us. He is an excellent communicator with his device and continues to show us just how much he has to say!

Ashton loves incorporating big motor movement activities in the gym to help his body regulate before transitioning to tasks, and his hard work and personality shine in every session. His bright spirit brings so much joy to our clinic, and we are incredibly thankful to be part of his journey.

Ashton has taught us so much, and we love celebrating every bit of his progress along the way! 💙

Today we’re celebrating Hayston! 🎉

Hayston has been coming to Inclusionary to work on his expressive language skills with Miss Mary Peyton, and we are so proud of the progress he has made! At almost 3 years old, Hayston has worked so hard in therapy and has continued to grow in his communication skills each session.

We are so excited to see all the amazing things ahead for him and are thankful to have been a small part of his journey. Congratulations, Hayston! 💙

It’s been awhile since we’ve introduced our team, and we’ve had a few changes along the way — so over the next few weeks, we’ll be reintroducing the amazing staff that make Inclusionary what it is 💙

Starting us off is Mr. Noah 👋

You can usually find Noah wearing a lot of hats around Inclusionary — owner, OT, boss man, biller, problem solver, and probably answering a phone call while fixing something.

He’s passionate about creating more inclusive opportunities in our community and helping individuals and families feel supported both inside and outside the clinic walls. One of his favorite ways to do that is through Wonderfully Made Weekend 💙

When he’s not at Inclusionary, there’s a good chance he’s talking about the LA Rams, drinking a Peach Mango V8, or telling a dad joke nobody asked for! Thanks Mr. Noah for all you do!

Let’s get creative with feeding therapy 🎉🍽️

Who says feeding therapy has to happen at the table? 👏🏼

Today, we turned “Don’t Break the Ice” into a feeding activity to explore a new food in a fun, low-pressure way.

Instead of focusing on “taking a bite,” we focused on interaction:

👅 Lick
💋 Kiss
🍴 Eat

By the end of the game, she was trying bites independently and asking for more! 🥹👏🏼

Sometimes the best progress happens when kids feel safe, playful, and in control. 💛
